The Transmission Line Project Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution, monitoring, and coordination of all field activities along the transmission line corridor, including tower foundations, tower erection, conductor stringing, and substation interface works. The role serves as a critical link between the project management team, engineering departments, subcontractors, and field personnel, ensuring that work is executed according to project schedules, technical specifications, and organizational standards.The Site Coordinator monitors daily progress of on-site activities, identifies bottlenecks, coordinates logistics and manpower deployment, and facilitates timely resolution of technical or administrative issues. The role ensures strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, working closely with HSE and QA/QC teams to enforce procedures and maintain site discipline.A key responsibility is tracking and reporting project performance — maintaining accurate records of work progress, material usage, manpower deployment, and delays. The coordinator also supports site inspections, documentation of permits, and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure unhindered project execution.By maintaining effective communication, resolving site challenges proactively, and ensuring adherence to project plans, the Transmission Line Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in achieving timely, safe, and quality-driven completion of the transmission line project while optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency
