Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Facility Project Coordinator with around 2 years of experience in facility operations, administration, and coordination. The ideal candidate will support property and facility management across Egypt and the UAE, ensuring efficient maintenance, timely renewals, and smooth operational flow. This role also involves administrative reporting and coordination between departments to maintain high service standards and tenant satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor facility maintenance activities across Egypt and the UAE, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting through ticketing systems.Support day-to-day property and facility operations, including vendor coordination, utilities management, and upkeep of service schedules.Track and manage lease contracts, renewals, and utilities documentation to ensure compliance and timely action.Prepare and maintain operational and maintenance reports to support management decisions.Assist in the preparation and submission of offers or proposals for leasing or property-related matters.Oversee attendance tracking for blue-collar and maintenance teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.Handle administrative tasks such as payment requests, documentation, and follow-ups with internal departments.Act as a liaison between departments (operations, finance, and HR) to ensure smooth communication and workflow.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years in facility coordination, property operations, or administrative support.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and reporting tools).Knowledge Areas: Facility and maintenance coordination, contract management, utilities tracking.Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork.Languages: English – Very Good (spoken and written).
