As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team.Project Coordinator at INTREC A Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator on day-to-day project requirements such as:Assist with management of cost and procurement processCoordinate and manage project documentationEffective communication with a variety of stakeholdersAssist in the preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontract packagesAssist with the preparation of contract progress claims, variations, and EoT claimsAssisting with accurate financial tracking/forecastingThe skills we needRelevant industry qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or similarExceptional communication and team building skillsMinimum 2+ years experience working on commercial construction projects as a Project Coordinator, Junior Contracts Administrator or similarAbility to build and maintain effective relationshipsFlexibility, adaptability and problem-solving expertiseMS Office: Project, Word, Excel and OutlookEnthusiasm, passion and a willingness to learnWhy Join Us?At INTREC, our people come first.
