You will work closely with distributors, clients, engineering, and production to support every stage of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflowsAct as the main point of contact for distributors, clients, and internal teamsPrepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reportsCreate, track, and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) to ensure clarity and alignmentPrepare, submit, and follow up on submittals for approval by clients, engineers, and project managersGenerate, process, and manage purchase orders in accordance with project requirementsTrack manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules to ensure on-time project executionSupport the sales team with product specifications, pricing, and customer needsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for custom builds or large ordersProactively identify and resolve project challengesEnsure timely, clear communication across all stakeholdersContribute to workflow improvements as LEDPAX continues to scaleQualifications2–5 years of project coordination experience (lighting, construction, or manufacturing preferred)Excellent organization and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) and Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solvingBilingual (English/French) a plusWho You AreA strong communicator who enjoys working with many stakeholdersHighly organized and capable of managing multiple prioritiesSomeone who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environmentA team player with a solutions-driven approachExcited about technology, innovation, and modern lighting solutionsReady to Grow With Us?If you’re looking for a place where your work has real impact and your growth is supported, LEDPAX would love to hear from you.
