Reporting to Retail Engineering ManagerWe are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our retail expansion and renovation projects. The role is responsible for preparing and updating AutoCAD drawings, following up with contractors, checking method of procedures (MOPs), and ensuring the smooth execution of store renovation and fit-out works from start to handover. What will you be doing?Prepare, update, and review AutoCAD drawings for store layouts, renovations, and fit-out projects.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and ensure alignment with approved plans.Review and verify MOPs (Method of Procedures) and ensure all technical aspects are compliant with company standards.Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.Assist in the procurement process by validating material specifications and coordinating delivery timelines.Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.Ensure all renovation activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to minimize disruption during store works.Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and records for future reference.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in retail fit-outs, renovation, or construction projectsStrong proficiency in AutoCADKnowledge of technical drawings, MEP layouts, and finishing materialsExperience in managing contractors and on-site coordinationProficiency in MS office; familiarity with project management tools is a plusStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment At Lychee, we value the unique strengths each individual brings, fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace that thrives on varied perspectives.
