This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of the life sciences industry, and experience in project coordination. The successful candidate will contribute to proposal development, business analytics, and project coordination, while also providing administrative support in a remote setting. Assist in planning, tracking, and executing internal and client-facing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and budget. Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to PMO leadership and stakeholders. Support capital project quoting and proposal development through data analysis and documentation. Collaborate with project managers to prepare business cases, cost estimates, and resource plans. Draft and refine proposals, scopes of work, and supporting documentation for capital projects. Analyze historical data and market trends to support quoting and pricing strategies. Compile and interpret data for internal reports, dashboards, and presentations. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and client-facing documents. Organize internal meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Maintain contact lists and assist in scheduling and preparing for client engagements. Ensure timely and professional email communication and follow-up coordination. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Requirements Proven experience in project coordination, PMO support, or proposal development—preferably within the life sciences or capital project environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant project management tools.
