GrowthAssistant is looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support a U.S.-based performance marketing team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a knack for keeping processes smooth, accurate, and on schedule. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, compliance, and data teams—keeping projects aligned and deliverables on track.Compensation & PerksWork Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoManage daily operations: prepare meeting notes, agendas, and top-of-day updates.Organize project plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, compliance, data, creative) to align project goals and timelines.Track and manage data manually from ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tableau) and update performance reports in Google Sheets.Maintain privacy documentation, complete annual checks, and manage data-sharing forms.Support creative and compliance workflows by submitting tickets, tracking timelines, and ensuring materials meet internal standards.Partner with vendors such as Google and Facebook for documentation, account access, and data clarification.Coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk teams for contracts, onboarding, and approvals.What We’re Looking For4+ years of project management or operations experience.Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.Comfortable working PST hours.Nice to HaveBackground in Finance or Marketing.Familiarity with data QA, automation, or reporting systems.Experience working with U.S.-based clients or global teams.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
