Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Project & Data Management Assistant .This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.LHH Recruitment Solutions offers extensive HR solutions through one unique brand. At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we believe in talent, not labels, and embrace diversity and promote more inclusive employment to our clients and partners.Your ResponsabilitiesOrganising and scheduling meetings and workshops for different project teams.Updating project calendars, following deadlines, and making sure tasks are completed on time.Keeping track of activities, timelines, and milestones for around 30 ongoing projects.Gathering information from different teams and keeping accurate records on SharePoint or similar tools.Preparing and updating documents such as meeting notes, reports, presentations, and internal procedures.Supporting the team with presentations and reports for management meetings and internal reviews.Making sure all project deliverables are submitted on time and meet internal requirements.Providing general administrative support to the team and the Head of Unit.Managing document storage, version control, and maintaining well-organised records.Your ProfileYou have completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).You have at least three years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role (internships or traineeships can count).You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.You know how to use SharePoint or are willing to learn.Experience in project management or data management is a plus.You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
