So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Project Delivery ManagerTo lead the delivery of strategic On-Road Services (ORS) technology initiatives supporting our Retail M&C Fleet business.This role will transition delivery ownership from the UK to our Budapest BTC and ensure a high-quality Management of Change (MOC) process, knowledge transfer, and sustainable delivery capability in preparation for future system integration.You will focus on delivery excellence, governance, agile facilitation, partner management and operational reliability within a regulated environment.In This Role You WillAs a key delivery leader in our organization, you will drive high‑impact initiatives that shape the future of our European tolling services.Program & Delivery LeadershipLead major ORS projects: onboarding new toll service providers, enhancing the Customer ORS Portal, and expanding tolling services across Europe.Coordinate cross‑functional and external teams to ensure smooth delivery, testing, and partner alignment.Own delivery plans, landmarks, governance, and ensure safe, compliant operations.Agile & DevOps ExecutionTranslate business needs into clear backlog items and maintain a well‑structured, prioritized backlog.Collaborate with third‑party partners on estimation, sprint planning, and releases.Remove blockers, maintain delivery momentum, and keep quarterly roadmaps transparent.Governance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure compliance with EU tolling regulations, security standards, and operational requirements.Support structured organizational change, incident resolution, and root‑cause analysis.Embed reliability and resilience in all deliveries.Partner & Vendor ManagementWork closely with senior partners to align delivery with strategic goals.Build trust, ensure clear decision‑making, and handle third‑party vendors and API partners.What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulBachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in ITA few years of experience in Agile delivery/project management in a DevOps environmentHands‑on experience running SCRUM ceremonies and leading distributed, multicultural teamsStrong skills in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards)Excellent stakeholder management, including senior partnersUnderstanding of AWS & Azure (cloud basics, deployment, security)Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft 365Strong problem‑solving and ability to turn requirements into clear delivery plansFluent EnglishDesirable CriteriaExperience in EU Tolls / On‑Road ServicesAt bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageHybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needsOpportunity to build up long-term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsCelebrate in bp’s success.
