Project developer - Wind or PV - Bremen🍃🌞We’re excited to collaborate with a renewable energy company that brings over 20 years of experience in sustainable energy solutionsLocation: Bremen Salary: Up to €100,000 – Depending on Experience. 📝Your responsibilities:Site identification and acquisitionComprehensive site analysis; including legal, technical, and environmental assessmentsSecuring property rights and ownershipDrafting and negotiating all project-related contractsCoordinating with authorities, experts, and partners to obtain building permits and ensure smooth project implementation🔊Your Profile:Team fit and independent work are more important than titles or degrees.A degree in engineering, geography, or environmental management is helpful but not required.Experience with wind and solar PV projects is beneficialKnowledge of:Regional planningSite planningNature conservation lawContract draftingProficiency with software such as Windpro, AutoCAD, QGIS, or PV-Sol is an advantageStrong communication and negotiation skills to engage with landowners and authoritiesWillingness to travel across Germany and work flexible hours.Languages: German (Fluent), English (Fluent)As a family-owned company, people and teamwork come first.
