IT Project/Product Manager

We are seeking a proficient Product/Project Manager to assist us in guiding our product development initiatives. Our Agile team, based in various locations with headquarters in Bonn, Germany, handles the full software development lifecycle; from initiation to implementation and operation of physical access control software operating multiple electronic locks across different radio protocols and RFID identification media.TasksDevelop, maintain, and execute project goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategy.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.Manage relationships between the customer and the development teams, ensuring transparency and enhancing partnership collaboration.Collecting, analyzing, and translating customer feedback and requests into functional requirements and user stories.Propose innovations and improvements within both the project and company level.Measure team performance using defined tools, and techniques to ensure reliable productivity.Be a leader and motivator for a team.
