Project Director

The Company:A successful Construction Group are seeking a Project Director in Manama, Bahrain. The company are engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in residential, commercial and hotel projects.Description / Role:Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a major building construction project, ensuring alignment with client objectives, specification, terms and conditions of the contract.Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets to meet business goals.Oversee contracting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the project.Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.Resolve any contractual dispute may rise during execution.Requirements:A strong background in construction management with Tier 1 Main Contractors.Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.Expertise in contracting and procurement processes.Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Masters in the same field or Construction Management.
