Job ResponsibilitiesProject management of building/warehousing construction projects. Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration proceduresCarry out project planning, cost control and project documentationProvide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of worksEnsure timely and smooth progress of worksEnsure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied withEnsure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO systemLead a team of project staffJob RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.konwledge in Mandrain languages to handle queries and feedbacks to associates, clients and customers,At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
