Job Title: Project Director – High-End Residential DevelopmentsLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: Up to AED 50,000 per month + PackageAbout the Role:An established and rapidly growing real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee multiple luxury residential developments across the UAE. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving delivery, ensuring quality, and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence within the high-end market.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Manage multiple development sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee design management, procurement, and construction activities, liaising closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Implement strong project controls, reporting, and risk management processes.Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to project teams.Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.Work closely with senior stakeholders to align project delivery with commercial and strategic objectives.Requirements:Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction or development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Project Director role.Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-end residential or mixed-use developments in the Middle East.Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.The Offer:This is a chance to join one of Dubai’s most ambitious developers and lead a portfolio of premium projects that redefine modern luxury living.
