Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.The ProjectDevelopment and delivery of 3 luxury high-rise residential and hospitality towers located in a central Dubai location.Youll Be Responsible ForClient relationship management - act as the primary interface with the client and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.Leadership and team development - build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.Governance and compliance - ensure adherence to the client’s and Mace’s governance framework, local regulations, and international best practices.Risk and opportunity management - identify, assess, and manage project risks while leveraging opportunities for value creation.Financial oversight - coordinate with the client’s commercial team to manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting to achieve financial targets and mitigate risks.Full lifecycle delivery expertise - demonstrate experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept development and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and handover.Stakeholder coordination - manage internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and timely approvals.Quality assurance - drive luxury standards in finishes and guest experience for hospitality and residential components.Innovation and digital tools - implement advanced construction methodologies and digital platforms (e.g., BIM) for efficiency and transparency.Health, safety and sustainability - champion zero-harm culture and sustainability initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.You’ll Need To HaveProven experience in the delivery of ultra-luxury residential and hospitality projects.Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, particularly interior designers on high-end developments.UAE experience with full project lifecycle experience, including a good understanding of the development process.Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) and relevant technical qualifications.Commercial acumen and leadership managing budgets, design and project teams, and senior stakeholder relationships.Knowledge of sustainability and carbon impact, driving compliance and best practice.Our valuesSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of well-being in every team.Client focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables and strategic outcomes and build long-term relationships with our clients.Integrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry while always aligning with our compliance obligations.Create opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
