Project Employ is hiring a p/t Job Coach Location: Flourish Cafe, Takapuna Hours: 3 days per week (21hrs)Are you passionate about empowering others to build skills, confidence, and independence and gain meaningful employment? About the Role: As Job Coach, you’ll work alongside our trainees, supporting them in developing the skills they need to thrive in a hospitality/working environment.
You’ll provide hands-on training, encouragement, and guidance - helping each individual reach their personal and professional goals. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on-the-job training in food prep, customer service, cleaning, and café operations- Support trainees in building confidence, communication, and workplace skills- Work collaboratively with café staff and other Job Coaches- Monitor trainee progress and adapt support as needed- Promote an inclusive, respectful, safe working environmentWhat We’re Looking For:
