Job TitleProject Engineer - ElectricalJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionAbout The JobLead electrical engineering activities across all phases of data centre projects, from concept to completion.Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and power monitoring systems.Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance for electrical scopes.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting during construction and operational phases.Proactively manages project-related issues on an account or assigned project, as necessary.Ensure success in initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against agreed upon targets.Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance along with maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files.Advise and obtain necessary approvals from management of potential organizational changes, actions requiring additional commitments and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.About YouMinimum of 4 years prior work experience in electrical, construction or project management field is preferredBachelors degree with a major in engineering, building construction or other related technical area is preferredKnowledge and experience in Data Center Testing and commissioning procedures and activitiesProven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery.Certification in Document Management or Information Management is a plus.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?As One Of The Leading Global Real Estate Services Firms Transforming The Way People Work, Shop And Live Working At Cushman & Wakefield Means You Will Benefit FromBeing part of a growing global company;Career development and a promote from within culture;An organization committed to Diversity and InclusionWe're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
