This role ensures that all technical aspects of a project are aligned with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.About the Business Segment Ennovi’s Industrial segment powers automation, robotics, and energy storage systems enabling OEMs to achieve AI-powered manufacturing for Industry 4.0.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and Execute the new & transfer project, modifications and process qualificationCoordinate project activities and resources.Follow up of approvals after testing and handover jobs to respective department for mass production.Monitor project progress and escalate or resolve issues.Supporting project team on new process RFQ’s and cost & capacity estimation.Communicate with clients, stake-holders , and team members.Prepare and present project review reports and documentation.Prepare Engineering Document Control Plan, FMEA and related documents.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical or Equivalent Min. 3 years’ experience Knowledge in Project engineering or Process Engineering.Computer literacy and good leadership skills Good English & Bahasa knowledge - both oral and written.Experience in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Process knowledge.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Good communication in English an advantage.
