Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:Collaborate throughout all phases of the project; from defining technical, operational, and user requirements to planning, quality control, testing, and debugging.Communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to meet project objectives and requirements.Plan, monitor, and control project progress, including implementation and execution phases.Prepare cost estimations, budgets, control reports, and other required technical documentation.Provide hands-on support during installation, buy-off, and project-related technical activities, both internally and at customer sites.Monitor ongoing projects, prepare regular progress reports, and ensure adherence to the project schedule.Address customer inquiries and conduct site surveys as needed.Perform detailed design work and prepare technical proposals for customers.Plan and schedule project tasks in accordance with contractual timelines.Coordinate goods delivery and inventory with suppliers and the warehouse.Manage all operational matters related to the daily execution of the project.Liaise with customers to obtain approvals, resolve issues, track work progress, and ensure customer satisfactionAttend site meetings and inspections; provide regular updates on project milestones and monitor schedule compliance.Prepare and submit weekly project reports to Higher Management.Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any engineering fields.Minimum of 1 year as an Engineer in a relevant industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed.Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.Open to be stationed in Jakarta and to travel as needed for project and business requirements.
