Are you a technically skilled and motivated Project Manager who loves turning innovation into reality?Join a fast-growing MedTech environment where you can help shape the future of self-treatment technologies for patients worldwide.🔹 Your ResponsibilitiesLead complex development and industrialization projects within the medical device sectorManage timelines, budgets, and quality targets across the full product lifecycleCoordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, quality, procurement, production)Drive communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze and continuously improve project structures, documentation, and processes🔹 Your ProfileDegree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Micro Engineering (FH/ETH/TU or equivalent)Minimum 2 years of experience in MedTech, Pharma, Plastics, or Automotive industriesProven experience in project management within a matrix organizationProficient with project and data management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or PLM/PDM systemsExcellent communication skills in English and German (min.
