This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys coordinating engineering activities, problem-solving, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in Australia.Key Responsibilities • Assist in project planning, design review, and technical documentation • Coordinate engineering activities and liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery • Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and quality checks • Support procurement and material specification activities for project requirements • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards • Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies • Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and presentations for management • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processesRequirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline) • 2–5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management practices, and technical documentation • Proficiency in project management and engineering software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar) • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills • Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Familiarity with Australian engineering standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage
