This role works closely with R&D teams, plants, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, quality delivery, and timely milestones.Main Responsibilities:A. Project InitiationRegister the project in the PRM system.Assist the Project Manager in preparing the overall project plan (including internal milestone planning).Support the organization of the project kick-off meeting.B. Development PhaseSupport the Project Manager in reviewing customer documents and translating customer requirements into internal actions.Create and maintain the Open Issue List (APQP issue tracking list, including benchmark gaps, dimensional tolerances, standards, etc.).Assist in completing production capacity analysis.Update the PFMEA as required.Prepare the list of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and components.Complete the Material Development Requirement Form.Submit PRM project initiation applications.Assist in developing the project development schedule.Assist in preparing project budget and cost estimates.Assist in defining tooling development milestones.Lead component development requirements.Complete component cost analysis.Issue tooling development task sheets.Assist in developing the tooling development plan.Issue CAD/CAE development task sheets.Issue packaging development task sheets.Prepare transfer plans (including tooling, equipment, personnel, materials, and documentation).Prepare resource plans for tooling debugging support.Complete shipment notices and related documentation.C. PPAP StageTake responsibility for closing all open issues; support the plant to improve mass production stability and quality performance.Assist the Project Manager in reviewing QCD target achievement and compiling lessons learned.Qualifications:EducationAssociate degree or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, or related engineering fields.Process PlanningAbility to allocate tasks effectively, utilize resources, conduct risk analysis and control, and participate in project budget planning.Capable of independently performing process analysis and planning within assigned project scope.Able to independently prepare project development documentation.On-site Quality (Product/Tooling) ControlStrong product inspection and judgment skills.Able to analyze and resolve on-site issues using QC tools and statistical methods.Hands-on capability for basic tooling troubleshooting and equipment-related issues.ProficiencyProject planning and schedule controlOrganizational and coordination abilitiesBasic UnderstandingQuality management systemsBasic financial knowledge related to project planning and budgetingIf this opportunity sounds interesting, apply today and join our team of amazing individuals!
