Senior Project Management Expert

You will play a key role in driving strategic and transformation initiatives across the Company.You will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-level projects, ensuring the delivery of flexible, simplified, and scalable solutions that enable the Company’s strategic ambitions in a fast-changing business environment. What we will expect from you:• Lead complex Technology and Organizational transformation projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality.• Facilitate strategic topics and proposals related to project execution, structuring relevant initiatives and actionable plans within your project domain.• Report progress, risks, and key decisions to the Executive Team, Steering Committee, PMO, and senior stakeholders.• Engage and coordinate stakeholders at all levels, supporting teams in applying appropriate PM methodologies.• Monitor project performance, drive corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.• Handle project tracking, reporting (including KPIs), post-project evaluations, and other PMO-related duties as assigned.For a good start, you will need:College/University degree in Economics, IT, Technology, Organizational Science or FinanceMinimum seven years of experience in the Project Management areaTrack record of managing diverse high value projectsExperienced in vendors’ systems implementationGood understanding of Telco/Fiber business and interrelated business processesHighly skilled in the tools and techniques of project management (PMI or other certification is an advantage)General understanding of Project Portfolio management conceptExcellent knowledge of English languageAdvanced PC skills, including MS Project or similar, Word, Excel, Power Point and VisioWhy we think you should apply:Supportive work environment with opportunities for growthHybrid work modelParticipation in bonus system25 days of annual leaveHealthcare packageMobile phone with unlimited internet and Yettel family packageRecreation or health programIn-house training and career development programsCareer development opportunities Please include your references in your CV, as reference check is an integral part of our selection process.We hope to meet you soon!Please apply by: 2.12.2025.
