Project Engineer

NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer for Technical Building Services for our client, who are a global leader in power technology.Project EngineerLocation: ErlangenHybrid work: 2-3 in office/week, 2-3 days from home/week.Duration: 18 monthsThe position includes the planning, design and coordination of technical building equipment systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems and installation technology) for large-scale projects. The main tasks include:ResponsibilitiesTechnical design taking into account standards and customer specifications Costestimation and preparation of technical documents (specifications, concept plans, service descriptions)Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as negotiations with customers, specialist planners and suppliersInterface coordination and technical controlling during executionSupport in construction site supervision, including temporary on-site assignmentsRequirements* You have successfully completed your university studies in the field of supply engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental and energy technology or have completed technician training with relevant professional experience* You have knowledge in the field of technical building equipmentstandards* You also have knowledge of project management* Personally, you are characterized by team, analysis, communication and learning skills as well as initiative, motivation, result orientation and enthusiasm* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
