About the Role?Accountable for the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformer-related projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards, schedules, and budget constraints.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end project lifecycle for transformer supply, installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Ensure adherence to customer technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical systems and transformers. Conduct site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning of transformers and associated electrical equipment. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards (IEC/IEEE), and client requirements.What are they looking for?Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.3–4 years of experience in transformer projects.Strong knowledge of transformer design, installation, and testing procedures.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
