Key Responsibilities Of Position (Job Description)Kick-off meeting with Alfa Laval Korea sales and Order execution engineers for handover the clear specification, supply scope, etcFollow the signed POS to issue the PR (Purchase Request) for module components and make the Approval drawing/ Working drawing (mechanical + electrical), and submit these drawings to AL Korea team and Korean shipyard depending on actual projects.Technical communicate with internal/external customer to coordinate project relevant issues, and optimize the workflow of comments replied with customersManage projects of standard and non-standard *FCM/*HSS module area for ship new building application, plus extend area of other new module product. (*FCM= Fuel Conditioning Module, *HSS= High Speed Separator)Manage and Develop the High pressure pump & vaporizer unit for LNG fuel and Ammonia LFSS with active technical supportCommunicate with Central product center about technical clarification support for heavy customized module productCommunicate with Classification about the module drawing, and close the Class comments with technical replies on timeBe familiar with workshop process of production, and standardize Module workshop manufacturing technologyControl project margin within budgetDeliver the project on specification, on time and on costClaim handling support, onsite investigations if necessaryDrive product standardization, continuously quality improvement and support in cost reduction for Korea market.Requirements / Qualification4+ years of experience (marine industry/project management preferred)Knowledge of marine products & Class regulations; Alfa Laval experience a plusStrong problem-solving, planning, leadership, and teamwork skillsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; fluent in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine EngineeringSelf-driven, structured, and cross-culturally awareWilling to travel frequently (incl.
