Project Field Engineer

Role SummaryOversee daily site operations and M&E activities in a high-tech semiconductor cleanroom, with a primary focus on leveraging BIM technology to ensure quality, coordination, and schedule adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Execution: Use 3D BIM models (Revit/Navisworks) on-site for visual inspection, checking construction intent, and validating quality against design.Clash Resolution: Actively review clash detection reports and resolve M&E, structural, and architectural conflicts on the field using the federated model.Site Management: Directly supervise subcontractors, enforce work schedules, and ensure all site activities strictly comply with technical drawings and project specifications.Safety & Cleanroom: Enforce all Micron EHS policies, WSH regulations, and rigorous cleanroom/FOD protocols at all times.Reporting: Maintain daily progress and safety records, communicating critical site issues or schedule impacts to the Project Manager.RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent).Experience: 1-3 years in construction site supervision, preferably in cleanroom/fab/data center environments.BIM Skills: Proficiency in viewing/navigating BIM models using software like Navisworks or field BIM applications for coordination and verification.Certifications (Preferred): Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) or equivalent.
