PURPOSE OF THE JOBProject Industrial and Material Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing the industrial and material scope of the Signaling and SCADA subsystems in the Haifa–Nazareth (NofiT) LRT Line Project.The role ensures that all materials—generic, project-specific, installation kits, documentation and certificates—are delivered in line with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.Ensure coordination and control of Industrial & Internal material scope across project phases.The PMM coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and delivery timelines.Drive performance improvement, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to the industrial and material management needs of Signaling and SCADA subsystems.ORGANISATIONOrganization structure (job belongs to...)HN NofIT RSY / Signaling and ScadaReports directly to:Signaling and SCADA Project managerNetwork & LinksInternalRSY OrganizationProcurement Project Manager (PPM)PrEM, PrSM, PrISM, PrQM, PrWMInstallation ManagerT&C ManagerProject EHS ManagerEngineering and Supply Chain TeamsExternalCustomer and technical representativesSuppliers and subcontractorsMain ResponsabilitiesKey accountabilities:Industrial and Material scope management for SIG and SCADA subsystemsReview all direct purchase requirements and ensure that product data is accurately entered onto SAPManage industrial coordinationEnter project material requirements in SAP arrange for timely release of requisitions, obtain quotes as necessary, and expedite deliveries to meet QCD commitment/project requirementsManage shipments of materials to the Installation sitesCoordination with internal and external teams for material delivery; Interface with Procurement for externally sourced productsCompliance with safety, technical and contractual standardsDevelopment and maintenance of delivery documentationRisk mitigation and issue resolutionEnsure progress and delivery meet QCD targets and align with company best practicesApply QCD processes and tools to monitor and manage performance.Performance measurements:On-time delivery of materials and documentationEffective coordination with stakeholdersCompliance with QCD targetsTimely resolution of material-related issuesHigh-quality reporting and documentationEducational Requirements MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESMandatory:B.Sc. in Engineering DegreeExperienceMandatory:5+ years in Engineering or Industrial Operations2+ years in Rail Transit Projects or Systems Interface ManagementDesirable:Proficiency in SAPKnowledge of Railway projectsBehavioral CompetenciesFluent in English and HebrewAbility to adapt to multi-disciplinary environmentsProblem resolution skillsResult oriented mindsetAbility to work under stringent timelinesTechnically skilled and experienced in working with teams across multiple disciplines.Capability to take decisionAct as a Team PlayerGood co-ordination and communication skills
