Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesInformation & Document ManagementManage Project Information Management Systems (PIMS) such as BIM 360, ACC, and OpenText.Ensure adherence to document naming, numbering, versioning, and transmittal standards.Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accessibility.Oversee preparation, distribution, and tracking of project documents, drawings, and transmittals.Systems Implementation & OptimizationSupport rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other project databases.Optimize digital workflows across shared drives, cloud platforms, and media management systems.Contribute to data normalization, dashboard development, and digital process improvement initiatives.Project CoordinationCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align documentation with project requirements.Track project milestones, manage risks, and prepare progress reports for senior leadership.Apply best practices in digital delivery and project information management.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison with consultants, contractors, and clients on all document-related requirements.Ensure structured communication and collaboration via Microsoft Teams and related platforms.Prepare professional correspondence and reports in line with ISO standards.Compliance & ConfidentialityUphold data confidentiality and compliance with company protocols.Conduct staff training on data governance, system use, and cybersecurity.Ensure all systems comply with internal and international standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.8–12 years of experience in information management, BIM coordination, or digital systems within the AEC industry.Strong background in document control, data systems, and project collaboration platforms.Experience in both consultant and contractor environments is an advantage.Skills & Software ExpertiseProficiency in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) — required.Familiarity with Aconex, Newforma, or OpenText is a plus.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Excel, and Teams.Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage sensitive information and ensure compliance with standards.
