Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate fit-out, refurbishment, and renovation projectsLiaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and authoritiesTrack drawings, approvals, schedules, and site progressCoordinate preventive and reactive maintenance (MEP, civil, kitchen equipment)Manage maintenance requests, vendors, AMCs, and warrantiesSupport LPOs, quotations, variations, and payment follow-upsEnsure HSE, authority, and brand complianceMaintain project and maintenance documentationRequirementsDiploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field3–6 years’ experience in Retail / F&B projects & maintenanceKnowledge of fit-out, MEP, and kitchen equipmentStrong coordination and communication skillsProficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD preferredGCC experience must ; UAE driving license is a plus
