Based in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities:Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:Embedded electronics for military aircraftTactical CommunicationsRadio Navigation Aids for air trafficAs part of the Bid & Project Managment Team you will be responsible to:Resource and Schedule ManagementSupport the definition of PERT and integrated master scheduleMonitoring & ReportingSupport the consolidation of bid and project deliverables according to customer criteriaPrepare the internal and external reporting (dashboard, KPIs, milestones reviews, workload reviews, EVM when applicable)Risks & OpportunitiesUpdate the Risks & Opportunities RegisterBid and Project ReviewsSupport the preparation of data packages of bid and Project ReviewsMonitor the punctuality of Bid & Project ReviewsFinance (Cost, revenue, cash)Support the preparation of the Estimate Pack during bid phaseSupport budget allocation in toolsSupport invoicingData ManagementSupport and control the bid documentationUpdate the compliance matrix in the requirements (Non-Technical Requirements)Update data management and actions log toolsUpdate Bid and Project Data RepositoriesCapitalizationRecord a quantitative capitalization of the bid and project management activitiesCollect the Lessons Learnt all along the project life cyclePrepare the Closure Review (data archive, Project baseline closure, …)Management and negotiation with Customer/End userExperience, Knowledge & SkillsEngineer bachelor, or equivalent, in telecom, aeronautic, naval or industrial.More than 2 years of experience in project management with customer interaction.Experience in multidisciplinary projects.Leadership, communication skills and conflict resolution competences.Advanced English (oral & written).High or native level of Spanish.Valuable:Master in aeronautics or defense area or similar.Experience in defense or aeronautics sectorCertification in Project Management: IPMA C, PMI, PRINCE o PM2.Knowledge in planning tools, EPM or PRIMAVERAFrench (oral & written)What do we offer?
