Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Project Management Intern to support backend project coordination and execution across Frido’s Retail, Sales, and Operations teams. This role will involve managing digital workspaces, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless team collaboration using tools like Asana and Slack.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in backend project coordination across multiple teams (Retail, Sales, Operations, and Product).Maintain and manage project dashboards and workflows on Asana — updating tasks, dependencies, and timelines.Oversee communication and task alignment through Slack channels and integrations.Support project documentation, follow-up processes, and report generation.Ensure timely execution and delivery of cross-functional tasks.Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance project efficiency.Collaborate closely with project leads to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of milestones.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.Hands-on experience or familiarity with Asana and Slack for project management.Basic knowledge of CAPM or similar PM frameworks preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and execution excellence.What We OfferOpportunity to work directly with leadership on backend project operations.Hands-on exposure to modern project management tools and frameworks.Involvement in real-time execution across retail and D2C business verticals.A collaborative, fast-paced environment that fosters growth and learning.Interested candidates can share their CVs at: tanmay.p@myfrido.com
