Project Management Intern

Position: Project Management Intern Location: NoidaDuration: 6 months | Full-time (On-site)Stipend: Paid InternshipAbout the Role:We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support cross-functional collaboration between Tech, Design, and Business teams. The role involves coordinating project requirements, maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of product initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in agile project management, business analysis, and product lifecycle execution within a dynamic fintech environment.Key Responsibilities:Act as a bridge between Tech, Design, and Business teams to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth execution.Support in creating and maintaining SRS, BRD, PRD, and workflow documentation.Identify, document, and track bugs and change requests across sprints.Assist in task management, sprint tracking, and coordination using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.Prepare monthly business performance and project tracking reports for management.Participate in requirement discussions, wireframe reviews, and feature testing.Ensure feature rollouts follow defined timelines and documentation standards.Continuously learn fintech domain workflows and suggest process improvements.Preferred Skills & Knowledge:Basic understanding of product development lifecycle, APIs, and fintech business flows.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices.Strong documentation skills using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.Hands-on experience with task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.).Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into structured specifications.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Self-driven, with an ownership mindset and eagerness to learn.Who Should Apply:Students or recent graduates in BCA, B.Tech, BSc IT, or related disciplines.Passionate about Fintech, Business Analysis, or Project Management.Looking to gain end-to-end exposure to real-world project execution, documentation, and delivery management.Having a basic understanding of Node.js will be considered a plus.Apply Now: If you’re passionate about driving projects, aligning teams, and ensuring seamless execution in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
