Project Management Intern

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Project Manager team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor new product development project management, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver projects into the computer, server & AI data center power market. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen interest in project management, possess strong organisational skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of multiple semiconductor new product development projects. Support the team in tracking project progress, updating timelines, and maintaining documentation. Attend and partake in project meetings, take minutes, and prepare summaries for distribution to stakeholders. Help monitor project budgets and resources, financial reporting of any discrepancies or issues. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities under supervision. Participate in stakeholder communications and help draft project updates. Undertake research and analysis to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Project Manager team. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Project Management or a related field. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
