Data input into the project management documentation system (Clarity). Generating output reports and resulting overviews. Presentation preparation for project reviews, agendas. UAT testing of new PPM software features. Data organizing and data quality checks. Support in process documentation. Supporting users with system usage and responding to user’s queries.Position Requirements Openness to work on civil contract (umowa zlecenie) for a period of 1 year. Interest in project and data management or related studies. Preferably student of last year of Bachelor or Master degree. Readiness to work minimum 30 hours per week. Fluency in English. Good command of Excel. Good analytical and coordination skills, task oriented, attention to details.
