When something needs to be organized, checked, improved, or clarified, you’re the one people trust.We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours per week), ideally in Varaždin/Zagreb/Osijek in a hybrid way (partially home-office).Your tasksYou serve as the main contact and subject matter expert for Data Security & Privacy, ensuring all required measures and compliance standards are implementedYou lead the production and timely delivery of reports, supporting accurate forecasting, controlling, and turnover trackingYou interpret and apply contract requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout daily operationsYou set up and maintain systems for tracking project hours and costs, monitor adherence, and advise project teamsYou analyze operational data to provide insights that guide staffing decisions, process optimization, and continuous improvementYou support Client Directors, Client Partners, and Project Managers with the offering process; coordinate and optimize invoicing; and provide essential project and administrative support to ensure smooth workflows across engagementsYour skillsYou work with strong attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented mindsetYou handle project contracts, budgets, and complex administrative tasks with easeYou present information clearly and communicate proactivelyYou show strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an affinity for numbers and calculationsYou use (or are eager to learn) Projektron BCS or Atlassian tools such as ConfluenceYou speak Croatian and English fluently (C1) and preferably German Your perspectiveProfessional Growth  We offer various opportunities for personal development through our internal academy and “design yourself” programs, including in-house coaching and mentoring.
