Project Manager (f/m/x)

IBM IX – Experience The Human Factor.As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the whole project cycle, predominantly from a project management perspective. What’s the coolest about it? Possibility to work on a bigger project of the established clients, in international and fully agile environment, where you will have an opportunity to make a great impact with visible results and develop your expertise.We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time, ideally in Zagreb, Varaždin or Osijek and partially home-office (3 days per week).Your tasksYou develop detailed project plans with clear scope definitions, set milestones and prioritize different requirements, taking into account schedules, resource allocation and budget requirementsYou will hold regular client meetings in which you will advise the client teams on the various options, opportunities, costs and risks, acting as a trusted advisorYou manage release and deployment processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards, contractual agreements, KPIs and SLAsYou proactively identify, analyze and assess project risks, develop appropriate mitigation and emergency plans and communicate significant risks in a timely mannerYou ensure regular, transparent project controlling and reporting (profitability, budget, time, scope, quality, risk) and identify opportunities for improvement in the software development cycleYou will take care of scoping, user story refinements, estimations and change management including change request handling when planning and implementing digital projectsYour skillsYou have at least three years of relevant professional experience in project management of digital projects (ideally in a service provider / consulting environment) and are at a mid-career levelYou have already successfully completed projects, including adhering to schedules, budgets and the desired quality, as well as experience in risk management and change managementYou have in-depth knowledge of the technologies of web-based services and native apps as well as an understanding of release and deployment processesYou have strong communication skills and persuasiveness, can think entrepreneurially and are a team player with leadership qualitiesYou have experience in stakeholder management, customer consulting and moderation of cross-functional teamsYou are fluent in English (C1+), German would be just nice to have (B2+)Your perspectiveProfessional GrowthWe offer various opportunities for personal development through our internal academy and “design yourself” programs, including in-house coaching and mentoring.
