*We are only able to accept applicants with valid permission to work in Japan and fluency in Japanese.Thank you for your kind understanding.-----------------------------------------■ About the CompanyA major global insurance company.■ About the PositionProject Management Officer (PMO)■ Key Responsibilities IncludeStatus Reporting: Provide accurate project status reports, including tracking OTOBOS metrics.Scope Management: Ensure all deliverables meet the defined business requirements.Schedule Management: Maintain the project schedule and address any delays.Budget & Resource Management: Manage project costs and resources in line with the approved budget.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify high-impact risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate when necessary and work with teams to define and implement mitigation plans.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementEnsure all key stakeholders are aligned and informed about project activities and status.Steering Committee Management: Prepare for and lead project steering committee meetings.Executive Communication: Translate technical details and updates from the delivery teams into clear, actionable information for executive leadership.Project Closure: Manage all necessary activities to formally close the project, including final reports, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.■ RequirementsMinimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in security, resilience, or IT infrastructure management.Technical IT skills related to security incident response, disaster recovery, and large-scale IT incident handling (including familiarity with security tools, incident analysis, and infrastructure).Advanced proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Constructive critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.Flexibility to respond promptly outside of business hours in case of emergencies.Budgeting and vendor management experience.Proactive support of organizational initiatives and forums.Relevant certifications (e.g., security certifications like CISSP, BCM/DR certifications such as CBCP) are a plus.■ IndustryInsurance■ Salary10,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY (Per Annum)■ BonusYES (Twice a year)■JOB ID: VAC-282163If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
