As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our growth in Japan, working closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You'll also help shape how we work-bringing fresh ideas to improve how we source, engage, and hire talent in a competitive market. What You'll Do Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic guidance on talent acquisition.Drive direct sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage top talent through creative channels, networks, and platforms.Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various levels and functions, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate journey.Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices and align on hiring priorities.Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to streamline interview scheduling and reduce administrative load.Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.Represent CBRE's employer brand in the market, building strong relationships with candidates and external partners.What You'll NeedProven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally supporting mid-career hiring in Japan or the broader APAC region.Strong understanding of the Japanese talent market and cultural nuances.Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and proactive talent engagement.Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English (business level).Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
