ResponsibilitiesServe as the front line in onboarding and offboarding processes for partner brands, including document collection, verification, and coordination with related teams to ensure smooth operationsAct as a liaison between internal teams and brands to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiencyCollect and verify prospect data from events or inbound channels, such as brand contacts, business cards, emails, and WhatsApp informationSchedule and follow-up initial meetings with internal and external teamsCoordinate with the legal team during negotiation and finalization of agreement drafts, including providing recommendations on clauses that may pose potential risks to companyOrganize and oversee the input of brand master data, including SKUs, pricing, and product descriptions into WMS and PowerBiz systemsReview the completeness and accuracy of onboarding documents before submitting them to legal teamSupervise brand system readiness before going live, including PowerBiz and marketplace setupMonitor and evaluate onboarding progress and potential revenue of brands under managementProvide regular reports to management regarding onboarding status, pipeline progress, and revenue contribution from each clientQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Communication, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, project coordination, or B2B partnershipStrong understanding of e-commerce business flow, warehouse fulfillment, and marketplace integrationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with various stakeholders (internal and external)Skilled in negotiation and partnership agreement analysis (agreement review)Strong project management and multitasking abilitiesProficient in using project and document management tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, others)Adaptive to changes in strategy, timelines, and client operational dynamicsAble to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with good time management skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to provide process improvement recommendations for onboarding and offboardingIf you're interested, you can apply for this job here or send your CV to recruitment@powercommerce.asia with the email subject: "Applicant: [Position] - [Full Name]"Thank you!
