Every day brings many opportunities to learn & grow and rewards with a global impact we build.The Challenge You'll OwnPlan, supervise and lead projects from initiation through delivery, using formal processes to manage resources, governance, risks and changes. Ensure deliverables meet requirements and satisfy stakeholders while adhering to specifications, quality standards, costs and timeframes. Comfortable operating in environments with a degree of ambiguity—confident enough to propose an initial plan framework, conduct basic financial modeling and analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine the approach Identify project risks with mitigating actions and track outcomes Supervise project financials, managing deviations and tracking progress within financial constraints. Control meetings with clear agendas while maintaining comprehensive records of decisions and action points. Your ExpertiseExperience in a Strategy & Project Management role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field Mastery of project management & presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Proven track record of successful large-scale projects Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in Financial Services e.g. FinTech provider, exchange, bank, broker, or financial institution. Excellent analytical, organizational and client engagement skills. Establish relationships that develop trust and encourage confidence.
