Job Description
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.Facilitate collaboration between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to identify issues, determine root causes, and align on resolutions.Monitor project progress and milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Prepare and present project reports, metrics, and updates to internal teams and senior management.Conduct project review meetings to communicate status, risks, and dependencies.Maintain project documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.Drive Agile practices and lead Scrum ceremonies where applicable.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT projects, with at least 5 years in project management.Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience leading Agile projects and familiarity with Scrum frameworks.Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Prior experience in insurance systems or financial industry projects is an advantage.Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn.
