Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.We welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.What You Will Be DoingManage end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives.Oversee system integrations and delivery of technology-driven solutions across various business areas.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations such as AML requirements.Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.Prepare regular updates and status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within project teams.What We Are Looking ForAt least 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects in a corporate environment.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Hands-on experience managing banking software projects is highly preferred.Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector.Exposure to areas such as loan management, CRM, or digital banking will be considered an asset.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage flexible working hours to accommodate global meetings.About VeriParkWe are a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry.
