Job Description

Cpl Life Sciences are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Lead to support the expansion of our client's Drug Product manufacturing operations on a 12 month Contract basis.You will lead critical technical projects focused on increasing capacity, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.The position is based in the Visp region (Valais, Switzerland) - 5 days per week on site so local or commutable candidates preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical expansion and capacity increase projects within Drug Product manufacturing to support production ramp-upProvide technical input to project design, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and regulatory standards (including EU GMP Annex 1)Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers, manage project governance, and ensure timely, in-scope deliveryDevelop and implement best-practice processes in line with industry and regulatory developmentsManage change control, deviations, and troubleshooting activities related to project execution and equipment implementationCollaborate with manufacturing and quality functions to establish and update operational proceduresExperience required:Extensive technical experience in GMP manufacturing, ideally within Drug Product operationsProven track record in coordinating or managing projects in a pharmaceutical production settingExperience with CAPEX projects and equipment qualification is a strong advantageDeep understanding of cGMP requirements and EU Annex 1Fluent in English; German is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and results-driven mindsetComfortable working under pressure and navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
