You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and integrating cross-functional IT projects that have a significant impact on business operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, budgets, and schedules while identifying necessary resources and ensuring timely completion.Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure seamless collaboration among stakeholders.Identify project risks, escalate critical issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Define project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and scope.Engage with customers, address out-of-scope activities, and ensure transparent communication to maintain project alignment.Implement quality control measures, validate deliverables, and ensure all solutions meet required standards before deployment.Maintain up-to-date project control sheets, generate weekly status reports, and provide management with data-driven insights.Manage source code, oversee ERP release activities, and ensure smooth deployment of software solutions.Monitor and enforce customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), track performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.Regularly engage with clients, address complaints and suggestions, and take necessary actions to enhance service quality.Develop and implement project management methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce quality issues.Participate in quarterly evaluations, conduct appraisals, and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill development.Experince8 to 10 Years of Experience in relevant position in ITWorking knowledge of Project Coordination & ManagementPractical knowledge of Customer ServiceOur ProductDiscover our products.READWhat We OfferEach employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.
