Qualifications We SeekMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management7 years of project experience demonstrating progression of increased responsibilities.7 years of leadership experience, including leading a team of project managers and the PMO function, facilitating senior management business and project meetings, and preparing and delivering briefings to executive leadership.Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with the ability to mentor, influence change, and build credibility across teams.Proven expertise in project and change management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives using industry-standard methodologies and tools.Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and lead effective meetings and discussions.Strong financial and business acumen, including expertise in budgeting, cost management, and tracking key performance metrics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organizational
