Excited by the challenge of managing intricate creative projects from concept through installation? Kubik Maltbie is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead client relationships and project delivery for world-class experiential spaces. You’ll guide one to two projects or collaborate on larger teams, ensuring each is completed on time, on budget, and on brand.Key Responsibilities:Oversee design development, integrating drafting, graphics, interactives, and other elements while maintaining budget goalsCoordinate subcontractors and supply-only packages, ensuring timely progress and complianceLead project meetings, track milestones, and maintain alignment with timelines and expectationsManage production flow to synchronize with installation phases and minimize delaysMonitor and update cost-tracking schedules to reflect current financial positionsPrepare detailed progress reports for internal and client presentationsCompile Operation & Maintenance manualsSupport financial oversight on assigned projectsAbout You:5+ years managing multi-phase projects in construction, architecture, or exhibitsDeep technical knowledge of millwork, interior finishes, and showcase fabrication — especially for museum-grade buildsStrong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal communication and written documentation abilitiesCollaborative and adaptable across teams and stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteJoin UsKubik Maltbie isn’t just a workplace—it’s a creative forge for building unforgettable experiences.
