We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support our strategic objectives.Your OpportunityAs a Project Manager at Kathairos, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of engineering projects that drive methane emission reduction and clean energy innovation. Drawing on your engineering background, you’ll bridge technical design with practical implementation—overseeing proposals, equipment selection, installation, and post-deployment performance. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Customers, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure every project meets its scope, schedule, and budget while exceeding customer and regulatory expectations. If you are an engineer with strong project leadership and customer-focused experience who thrives on hands-on problem-solving, technical execution, and building lasting relationships that deliver measurable environmental impact, we would love to work with you.Your ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales & Applications EngineeringProvide technical and applications engineering support for bids and proposals, ensuring solutions meet customer and regulatory requirements. Evaluate site data to estimate methane emissions and prepare technical reports and proposals. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to define scope, select equipment, and confirm availability to meet timelines. Maintain a solid understanding of emission reduction regulations and their impact on project design. Project Execution & LeadershipLead end-to-end project delivery — from proposal through installation and handover — ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives. Prepare and maintain project documentation, coordinate stakeholders, and lead key meetings (kickoff, handoff, closure). Manage risks and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements. Oversee post-installation performance monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success. Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationServe as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide clear and timely project updates, reports, and technical presentations. Partner with Operations and Business Development to ensure excellent project outcomes and long-term client relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive collaboration and performance. Post-Deployment Support & Continuous ImprovementSupport commissioning, operation, and maintenance of deployed systems to ensure sustained performance. Support regular business reviews to assess asset performance, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities. Drive continuous improvement by standardizing tools, documentation, and processes. Maintain long-term customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and identify new service opportunities.What you offerRequired (Must Have)Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in project engineering or technical project management, ideally in energy, industrial gas, or oil & gas sectors. Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles and coordinate across technical and commercial teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong drive for innovation and sustainability. Willingness to travel occasionally within North America. Valued (Nice To Have)Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent professional certification. Project Management certification such as PMP or CAPM. Experience with emissions reduction technologies or clean energy systems.
