Project Management – Utilities (Power Connections) Frankfurt, GermanyExcellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager / Technical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of power connection projects within the data centre sector across Germany.Location: Frankfurt, GermanySalary: Up to €100,000Job DescriptionThe Resolute Group is working in partnership with an Independent Consultancy whom are seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for the full project lifecycle from concept and design through to completion and handover, for power connection works supporting large-scale data centre developments throughout Germany.This is a strategic role suited to someone who combines strong technical expertise in building or infrastructure projects with proven stakeholder management skills.Day-to-day duties could include:Lead power connection projects from initial design through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Act as the main design stakeholder, coordinating between clients, utilities providers, and engineering teams.Oversee the interface between data centre facilities and external power networks, including substations and grid connections.Manage project risks, schedules, and reporting throughout all stages of delivery.Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental regulations.Support the development of best practice processes and mentor junior team members.Requirements for the role:Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Building Engineering (or related discipline).Significant experience managing complex building or infrastructure projects (Hochbau experience highly relevant).Strong understanding of utilities and power connection processes.Proven stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Fluent in both German and English (C1 level minimum).PLEASE NOTEYou need to be living and eligible to work in Germany to be suitable for this position.If you are interested in this position, please feel free to apply through this link or contact Meike Tomlinson or Fiona Cooper via LinkedIn or call The Resolute Group on 0044 (0) 1332 653 911.If this role isn't right for you, please follow The Resolute Group on LinkedIn and view our website for all our latest opportunities.All correspondence will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.The Resolute Group is committed to a policy of equal opportunities for all prospective professionals.
