ZK IT Solutions Ltd. is looking for Project Manager - Python / Django SpecialistJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are seeking a Project Manager Python / Django to lead and coordinate our software development projects. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end project execution — from planning and stakeholder communication to hands-on development and delivery — ensuring that business goals and technical excellence are achieved.ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, and delivery in coordination with clients, developers, and business analysts.Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and assign deliverables to the development team.Contribute actively to software development — writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Python and Django.Ensure technical and functional requirements are met on time and within scope.Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers.Design, integrate, and optimize scalable system architectures, ensuring performance and reliability.Build and maintain APIs (RESTful, integrations, and custom solutions).Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), caching systems, and asynchronous task queues.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level and application-level issues.Apply design patterns, data structures, and algorithms effectively in problem-solving.Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and enforce code quality with SonarQube.Provide technical support and mentor junior developers when needed.Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes; enforce best practices and quality standards.Track project progress using Agile methodologies and tools such as Backlog, Slack.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies.Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and performance updates for management and clients.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer ScienceBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information SystemSkills Required: Project Management, PostgreSQL, Software Development, Frontend developer, Agile methodology, Scrum Master, Backend Development, Vue.js, Python DjangoExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled ServiceAdditional RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in project management roles within a software development environment.Backend: Python, Django, REST APIs, Celery, Redis, Caching.Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL, performance tuning & query optimization.DevOps & Tools: Docker, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube.Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools .Proven track record in leading remote/offshore teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to understand both technical and business perspectives and bridge the gap effectively.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under deadlines with high ownership and accountability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluency requiredJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
